Maine Real Estate

I offer a unique opportunity for both buyers and sellers of real estate in any part of the state of Maine. Born in western Maine (Farmington), raised in northern Maine (Millinocket), summered in Mid-coast Maine where parents live (Pemaquid), owns waterfront property in coastal southern Maine (Winnegance), employed for years in Androscoggin County and lives in Central Maine (Fairfield).

"Local" for me is working with any buyer or seller on any real estate or business in the state of Maine. I have conducted business with more than thirty real estate agencies nationally and in Maine's Washington, Someret, Kennebec, and Franklin County.

In the best interest of those I work with, I cannot provide all services state-wide. I provide a free initial consultation for anyone who has questions and concerns about buying or selling anywhere in Maine. Prudential Northeast Properties is one of the largest real estate agencies in the state of maine and I can arrange to have the best agent work with those who are have interest in areas where another agent can better serve your needs.

I also arrange buyers and sellers with other agencies in areas where Prudential Northeast Properties has no offices, affiliates or agents. Agents associated with our agency currently extend from Portland to Calais.

Maine real estate agencies are not all run the same way, offer varying levels of services which may or may not be in the best interest of either a buyer or a seller. They same may also be said for real estate agents. After all, you wouldn't want to sign a contract with an agent on one day only to find out that the agent has moved to their summer home in Florida and won't be returning for several months.

What I would like to do is get you familiarized with the various levels of services, answer your questions and concerns and provide consultation on how you might improve your opportunities as a buyer or seller of Maine real estate by taking pre-emptive action before you begin your quest.
